Track overlay

Hello there,

Thank you for this nice mapcontrol. Thanks to the sample code I got it up and running pretty fast though this is the first time I mess around with maps and c#.

I would like to have tracks or routes in the map or as an overlay above it. Those tracks should support a tracker that shows the actual point with coordinates when the mouse hovers above it and I would like to have some kind of range selection.

Is there a way to achieve that with polylines or what would be the idiomatic way to do that?

That is definitely possible with polylines, as shown in the sample application.

In which one? In the wpf one there is no range selection of the lines and there is no tracker. The coordinates are shown all the time but I want to click on the polyline and get the coordinates and some kind of overlay that shows me more information concerning this point. Like speed and stuff. The additional data would be computed or drawn from a database but to do that I need the coordinates.

Well, you would have to write some code... I can't do that for you.

Okay thats alright. As long as its possible i will dig into the framework.
