polyline on map issue

Aug 14, 2014 at 11:01 AM
Poly-lines on map get blur in last zoom level.
I tried below link to resolve this issue
__http://blogs.msdn.com/b/rbrundritt/archive/2014/03/28/large-polyline-blurring-bug-workaround-for-windows-8.aspx__

but it didn't work. Polylines on map get blur after 16 zoomlevel.

We can't help you, because we have no idea what you're talking about. What does "Poly-lines on map get blur in last zoom level" mean? You should at least tell us which version of the Map control you are using (WPF, Silverlight or Windows Rutime), and perhaps also provide a code sample that reproduces your issue.

This seems to be an issue only in Windows Runtime. No idea however how to get around it. And no time to investigate at the moment.

@mdakram No update. Why don't you look into this issue yourself?

@ClemensF i am looking into it, but as i am just a beginner :-( not able get any near to it. still trying though.

can't we backport it to windows phone 8 instead of 8.1 as 8.1 penetration is just 20-30%. if we could make it work on 8.0 we could target more and more user?

Thanks a lot for this wonderful library,Great help

Sorry, I won't support Windows Phone 8. You might however try it yourself, since you've got the code.
